Weekly News and Homework

It’s our last week together!  Let’s enjoy it!!

Friday, June 6^th: Last Day of School!  School is out at 12.  We will have a small kindergarten presentation and graduation in our classroom from 10-11 and celebrate with an all-school picnic from 11-12.  Everyone is invited to attend the graduation and picnic!

This Week’s Homework:

The following assignments should be completed and turned in by Friday:

1.     Practice your line for our graduation performance on Friday.  Please see Mrs. Deutsch if you need another copy of your line.

2.     2-3 choices from our monthly family activity calendar.

3.     Practice reading our sight words every night.

4.     10-20 minutes (or more!) of reading every night with a parent, guardian, or older sibling, etc.  I am collecting Read-at-Home books to make sure I get them all back before the end of the year.  Please continue reading books of your choice every night.  (Every night in the summer, too!!) J

School library books and/or money owed for missing books are due Wednesday morning.
